Homer doesn't own those skills of dumb-azzness like Peter do.I say Peter. Homer is dim but he at least has a little charm about him. Peter, frankly, is creepy.hey! homer is a good dumb guy, dont pick on him, i think peter is from family guy, right? so i say peterhmmm...that's a tough one. but i'd have to say homer's dumber, peter's more of an ego eating guy who goes by his own bod. basically, i think he just acts retarded to annoy the living hell out of people (especially meg.) sometimes to even get what he wants.
