Explain the responsibilities of both parties fed ex would be the agent forwarders are separate carriers in route. The agents where the drop of is made. sometimes threes not enough packages going to a location to make the cost of say a plane cargo to a certain state.they all pull there packages to a separate carryer who's going to that location they forward it back to the agents on the other end for pick up .kinda like carpooling packages.
