What is a good way to keep motivated to get into a college as a high school freshman?

  • Specific colleges are: United States Military Academy, University of Notre Dame, and Air Force Academy
    Please give me as much information as possible for Notre Dame


  • Notre Dame is a pretty selective university. Not only will you need to get excellent grades in top classes, but you will also need a strong ACT or SAT score.

    Schools like ND also consider extra activities, so try to get involved in as many clubs, activities, and sports as you. Also, later on, try to get leadership positions (student council, class officer, team captin, club officer) because this will help.

    Lastly, community service as well as jobs look good on the college app. You probably won't be able to get a decent job until your 16, but if you can, definitely try to do some community service by volunteering. Hospitals, animal shelters, libraries, camps, etc are great places to volunteer.
