Hi,
I own a Delaware based LLC, Tigerhost Technologies, LLC. (At the time
I set it up, it was suggested to me that DE was the best s
tate for
LLCs to be set up in.)
However, I live in New York. I would like to get a business bank
account (at a minimum, a business checking account), but do not want
to have to register the corporation in New York to have to do it.
How can I go about getting a business bank account in Delaware without
a physical address there? Are there banks that will allow me to do
this? If so, what are they? Alternatively, are there services that
will allow me to get a PO box there and then get a bank account?
