Low calorie diet but now with a sport?

Okay so I've been on a 1000 calorie diet for a little less than a month now, I eat that way monday through friday, and on the weekends I eat a little more since I can't really avoid food with friends and family and stuff.
That, obviously isn't enough and I'm constantly tired and stuff, I used to go to the gym but I've been getting lazy which is why I'm assuming I hit a plateu
I was like 133 and now I'm 128, so around 6 pounds
Now I'm going back to water polo, which is alot of intense swimming every day, monday through friday for about an hour
so my question is, how much should I increase my calorie intake ?
I still want to be lower that what is ideal because I want to lose weight
some info: I'm 5'7 128, I have lots of muscles though, so I'm scared that I will bulk up from going back to the sport :/
I was thinking around 1200?
